Description
Fix for 7063183 caused regression. SunAutoProxyHandler test hangs and this cause failure to exectute other junit tests.

EVALUATION Reader.read() need to return -1 if no data were read. RemoveCommentReader does not do this and this leads to infinite loop if callee wait for negative return code ...
