Description
Changes to the Auto Update schedule were implemented as per this spec (http://j2se.sfbay.sun.com/web/bin/view/Deployment/AUScheduleChanges), but no changes to the Java Control Panel Update tab were made to reflect these changes. Therefore, the messaging on the tab leads end users to believe that Java will only check once per month before notifying them of an update (the default), but in reality Java is checking for updates once per week and this schedule cannot be changed. The user only has control over the notification of limited updates, but not of critical updates which are typically the only ones that we routinely auto update.
