Description
We had to patch Little CMS 2.0 in JDK 7 because of a bug. Little CMS 2.2 includes that fix. We should upgrade to Little CMS 2.2
Comments
No new regression test: existing tests for color management area should be used.

No means to verify the fix other than look into the code: "define LCMS_VERSION 2040".

Changing synopsis to say upgrade to 2.4 .. this bug has been open for a while and there's been two more maintenance releases since then.
