Description
With JRE 7 b142, on XP, 

open IE browser
from the Tools menu, select Internet Options
from Internet Options, select the Advanced tab

problem: the java icon is missing next to the Java (Sun)

EVALUATION After removing the unused resource id 1000 and assigning it to the java icon fixes the problem. Also changing the text from "Java (Sun)" to "Java (Oracle)".

EVALUATION The problem is likely due to while building deploy.dll, the java icon file wasn't found and therefore wasn't bundled with deploy.dll.
