EVALUATION

Builds without precompiled headers will fail because of the missing #include.

This is the same problem as 7019157, but must be fixed in the jdk7 master forest (jdk7/jdk7/hotspot) and the changeset that fixes 7019157 in the jdk7/hotspot/hotspot repository cannot be merged without bringing in a number of additional (untested) changes, so a separate CR is necessary.
