Steps to reproduce:
1. launch test case of /api/java_awt/interactive/WindowTest.html#WindowTest 
2. click the buttons shown to verify the expected behavior

Actual results:
The red window not move to the back after clicking "toBack" button.

Validation:
1. same config use 1.4.2_25b02,1.4.2_25b03,1.4.2_25b05 get failed
2. same config use 5u23b05 get passed

EVALUATION Issue has been fixed in OEL in metacity-2.16.0-12.el5 package.

EVALUATION It's a metacity issue and it has to be fixed in OEL. The same metacity issue (6831124) has been fixed in SLES11, see SLES bug # 502926 for further details about the fix. https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=502926
