Description
On a system without a 6u10+ JRE installed,
Install the 6u18 b05 or later online JRE install,
Click the "Change Destination Folder" checkbox and "Install >"
On the Destination Folder dialog click Change
Select a directory such as as a network path that is not writeable by the JRE install.

Expected: The user gets a warning before leaving the Change Destination Folder dialog
Actual: the non-writeable directory gets passed to the MSI

Comments
Low-priority, low likelihood, workaround exists.
