Description
During 6u10 b33 testing, QA team found an issue in LICENSE_fr.rtf , in the headline, there is not the same number of empty lines as in other locales.

On Italian license, there is an extra line between paragraphs 1 and 2.
Same problem is also in de and es.

EVALUATION In Java 7, there will be new license file and it will be translated again.The CR is not applicable to Java 7.
