Description
Yellow flashing security warning border remains on the toplevel when popup is visible. Actually when the popup is visible , i am assuming that flashing yellow border will disappear. but it remains , when the user click the security warning icon, the top level flash the yellow border, but remains as it is. This is a visual painting artifacts.

Step to reproduce:-
--------------------
1) Run the attached testcase.
2) Select frame , Awt & Oval.
3) Click on the "Show TopLevel" button. You will see the shaped toplevel.
4) Click on the "Hide Toplevel" button. You will see that shaped toplevel , gets hidden.
5) Repeat step 3 & immeditally right click on the shaped toplevel. Observe that popup & flashing yellow border is seen. If you see the same then the bug is reproduced.
6) Click on the security warning icon. Observe that flashing border flashes & remaings.

This can be reproduced from 6u10 b31 build onwards. It works fine previous build of 6u10 b31. I have attached the screen shot of the same.

Comments
EVALUATION The flashy border has been removed since 6u12b01 (see 6749517). Hence this bug is not reproducible anymore.
