Description
PIT bundles used for the testing are downloaded from
http://j2se.east/arc/1.6.0_10/pit/2008-05-31

How to reproduce

1.) Install JRE 1.6.0_04 or 1.6.0_07

2.) Run the pit b26 JDK installer 

Expected Behaviour

1.) After JDK is installed, it should offer JRE installation.

Actual Behaviour
JRE is not being offered by the JDK installer. 

JDK 6u10 installer is working fine if JRE version 1.5.0_xx is already installed. In this case, after JDK installation JRE installation was offered.
Also 6u7 JDK installer offer JRE when 6u4 JRE is installed in the machine.
