Description
With the latest nightly build, the mutable open/close console menu in the Tray Icon is broken.

When the console is closed externally (not through the Tray icon), the Tray icon menu should mute to "open" console. It remains as "hide" in the current build.

EVALUATION A change in the initialization order during the changes for 6678929 broke several pieces of behavior of the Java Console window. Thanks to ###@###.### for catching this.
