Description
The new Java Plug-In (for both IE and Firefox) needs a small modification in order to support completion of a Kernel JRE: it needs to call preJVMStart() in jkernel.dll. Otherwise, if the new plug-in is the default, and if the user only runs applets, the downloaded Kernel JRE will never be completed.
