Description
There are multiple things here. 
- Additional Component Dialog doesnt have any professional look ( needs to improve)
- Additional Compoenent Dialog should take native look and feel. ( this is seperately CR#6625814) 
- Images looking blurred need high quality Sun brand images.

- Most of this is due to optimizing for 120 dpi instead of the more common 96 dpi.
Additional Component Dialog UI is improved now compared to the initial ones,But the progressbar is not painted properly in this dialog.Attaching the screen shot .Attaching  the screenshot of bugster also where its displayed  neatly.
