Jusched.exe crashes on Vista reported by Microsoft:

-------- Original Message --------

Penni,
I would like to introduce you to Colleen Williams from the Windows Reliability Analysis team.

We currently report that the Sun Microsystems Java Suite jusched.exe is crashing 19,196 times per day.

The volume of these crashes makes this urgent for our common customers. The symptoms and applications in these crashes vary, so its possible we are looking at multiple issues. Sun can access this same information at https://winqual.microsoft.com.

Microsoft does not have debugging symbols for these apps and thus we need help to understand the crash reports. Its entirely possible these crashes are caused by something other than the Sun software.

Who would be the right technical person within Sun to help us get to the root cause of the crash? Once identified, we can create automated responses directing customers to the appropriate resolution.

Regards,
Sam Rosenbalm
