Description
Improve the OpenOffice.org offer presented in the Java auto update dialog.  For this release, the engineering changes consist of some text resource changes (things that cannot be changed via the server XML file).  See Suggested fix section for a pointer to the spec.

EVALUATION With the fix for CR 6595064 (Incorporate OpenOffice.org download offer in the Update dialog) , all of the text in the dialog box is cutomizable from xml file & works in all 10 locales. After porting those changes to 6u4, will change the text in xml file, per this spec. And also will change the text "More Information" in the dialog resources.
