Description
In the installer/update xml files, we should have a checksum entry for each of the downloaded files. The installer/update .exe's should verify the checksum of each downloaded file. If the checksum is incorrect, it should either retry the download or not launch the installer.

Comments
EVALUATION Fixed to verify checksum of downloaded msi & mst jre files. Still need to do sponsor mst files. Will file another CR & fix the sponsors under it.
