Description
The file version of the binaries of JRE 6u1 b05 should be 6,0,10,5.

The following binaries have the incorrect file version of 6,0,0,5

axbridge.dll
javacpl.exe
jpicom.dll
jpiexp.dll
jpishare.dll
npjava*.dll (all dll's with names staring with npjava)
npjpi160_01.dll
npoji610.dll
w2k_lsa_auth.dll

EVALUATION The problem is due to the ECHO command isn't defined in Plugin.gmk. Including the Defs-utils.gmk from the j2se workspace fixes the problem. I'm also removing the unused COMMAND_PATH definition.
