Description
Error 1723 coming on win98/NT/ME trying to install sponsor bundles: (attached) "Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer packages. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." Non sponsor bundles working fine.
