Description
In 5.0uX we got rid of the "InstallShield" banner in the MSI dialogs.  This is done by permanently applying a transform that removes the banner during the build.  I believe it's called is.MST and it's in the install ws.  Now that we have an offline wrapper, we should do the same thing to the offline installers.
