Description
ISO 3166 Maintenance Agency changed the country codes for Serbia and Montenegro(http://www.iso.org/iso/en/prods-services/iso3166ma/03updates-on-iso-3166/nlv12-div.htm). JRE's locale data should be modified according to this change.
