Description
We now have our own custom wrapper, so we no longer use a splash screen when launching the jre installer.  So we should remove the dll from the Binary table and CA from the InstallExecuteSequence table.
Comments
EVALUATION When doing this, we should be careful not to break the 64-bit installer. The 64-bit installer still uses the splash screen.
