Description
Java API document has too much warnings and errors  HTML chackers(tidy/jtidy) detected.

REQUEST :
   To improve the HTML quality of JDK documentation for future releases like JavaSE 6.0 and 7.0

NOTE :
    In order to accomplish the above request,  it is recommended  by the customer 
    to add HTML syntax checker to stddoclet and output corrected HTML document.

EVALUATION This will be addressed as a part of 6851834. This will be a part of a larger fix in which we are planning to fix HTML validation and accessibility issues with implementing new styles for the output.

EVALUATION The generated javadoc should be squeaky-clean html, and pass the various html validation tools.
