JDK-6219330 - JAXP needs to support StAX (Streaming API for XML) JSR 173
Description
JAXP 1.4 will be a maintenance release of JAXP 1.3 JSR 206. This maintenance release need to have StAX(JSR 173) integrated into it. Few other enhancment also need to go. For all API level changes CCC will be filed.

This RFE was filed to fulfill the Mustang JPlan requirement.
