Description
Mustang JDK provides the attach mechanism to allow a running VM to be attached dynamically and enable out-of-the-box monitoring and management in the local machine.

An application will no longer need to start with -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote at startup time. JConsole will dynamically start the management agent when connecting to a running JVM if it's not started.
