Synth does not provide default keybindings, leaving it up to the
developer to provide them. This makes it difficult to implement a custom
look with Synth as you are forced to define all the key bindings which
is quite an honerous task. Developers providing a custom Synth look should
only have to worry about the look part, not the bindings.

EVALUATION Yep. In fact Synth should not document the bindings as to really support them a developer needs to know the name of our actions, something we currently don't document. To implement this we'll need to make SynthStyle's get method not abstract and contain the default bindings. GTK doesn't want the defaults though, so it'll have to circumvent calling super's implementation of get. ###@###.### 2003-11-25
