Description
JFileChooser can be resized to size of title icon unlike native Mercury file dialog. 
The native dialog can not be resized after cetain value.

EVALUATION Name: omR10226 Date: 09/02/2003 There is an rfe (4450706) for the ability to set minimum size of the window. Until that is done, we cannot fix this bug. ======================================================================
