Description
Platform: RedHat 9
Build: 1.5.0 b14
Location : /java/re/jdk/1.5.0/promoted/beta/b14/bundles/

steps to reproduce:
1. Install tiger b14 JRE linux-i586 rpm bundle.

2. Look for Java Control panel icon in the menu. It wont be there.

But the icon descriptor files are located as expected in

/usr/share/applications/sun_java.desktop

In Redhat 8, the icon is located in Menu -> Extras -> others
