Description
Steps to reproduce:
1.On mercury_05, launch mozilla1.4 using jre1.4.2_01_b02.
2.Open http://baseman.prc/Basicfunction/liveconnect/test2/jsJAVA.html
3.Type some characters in the text field, then select them, and press Del keyboard.
4.Can't delete any of them .
