Description

Name: nl37777 Date: 03/14/2003

Several Asian fonts come in proportional and non-proportional variants.

We need an API that lets applications indicate their preference for
proportional and non-proportional fonts as components of logical fonts.
This should be a simple method that's called once at application startup
and then impacts all fonts created for the application or applet context.
