Bring up the stock GTK+ file open dialog (gedit, File->Open).  Note key mnemonics of "N" for "New", "L" for "Delete File", and "R" for "Rename File".  Also "C" for "Cancel" and "O" for OK.

Bring up a Swing JFileChooser, and note that there aren't any key mnemonics at all.
