Description
Problem: 

Installing multiple version of JPI may result in multiple JPI Control Panel settings on the system, and it confuses end users.

Solution: 

Provide a single JPI Control Panel infrastructure that works with multiple versions. Version specific information will be written to version specific files, and version non-specific information will be written to generic property file.
