  Fix the dependent DLL problem. If you have multiple DLLs in a resource file
that are dependent on each other, only the first one is found. I think this is
basically a PATH problem, similar to the CLASSPATH above.

Need to set the path correctly before loading DLLs.

Another instance of this bug suggested we at least fix the non-circular instance, by automatically loading dlls untill the requested one could be loaded.
