Description
Build tested: javaws 1.0.1_01 (build b03)
Platforms: Solaris Sparc 2.6(j2dsqe-lab-2), Solaris Sparc 7(Mehta), Windows NT SP6(Namrata)

"Clear Folder" button (File/Preferences/Advanced) remove only Downloaded Applications, Favorite Applications still available (for Unix platform you are able to run them, for Windows - can not).

To reproduce:
Start Application Manager, download couple available applications, add them to Favorites, click on "Clear Folder" button (File/Preferences/Advanced), then click on "Yes". Now click on "View/Favorite Applications". All applications are still there.
