Description
Even though the BoxLayout class supports ComponentOrientation, the Box class, which is a convenience class around BoxLayout, does not.

As well as updating the static methods to cover ComponentOrientation issues, the Box constructor documentation should be updated. It claims that only X_AXIS and Y_AXIS are valid values even though PAGE_AXIS and LINE_AXIS are valid as well.

Static methods which create a Box with LINE_AXIS/PAGE_AXIS will not be
provided in Tiger. If they are really necessary, please file another bug.
