Description
There are wrong time zone abbreviations (CTT, AST, etc.) are used in Java time zone support. This confuses some developers in the world. Those have to be cleaned up. See Comments for details.

EVALUATION The wrong timezone abbreviations must be removed. masayoshi.okutsu@Eng 1999-06-20 Documentation changes have been integrated into Kestrel FCS. However, we need to revisit this issue when cleaning up time zone issues. masayoshi.okutsu@Eng 1999-09-16 As far as we support JDK1.1.x compatibility, it doesn't seem to be able to remove those time zone IDs.
