I would really like to see a '-source' option, to
put the link to the source file into the 
documentation. This flag itself should have 
several options, such as leaving the source code 
where it is or moving the source code into the 
documentation hierarchy.  I realise this could be 
done with a doclet, but that would be one hell of 
a lot of work for, what I feel, would be a fairly 
popular option!
Also, something real nice would be to have it 
create 'pretty' source code. That is to say, 
source code with syntax highlighting, and maybe 
even complete hypertext (so that every occurence 
of a certain function links to the 
description/implementation of that function). 
OK, so that part is rather specific, and is 
probably better done with a doclet. But I can 
dream, right?
