EVALUATION All the pt_BR localization in deployment has been ported to Java 7 by deployment, covered in CR 6958606 7-b102 Umbrella: Port All 6u15 - 6u21 changes in Deploy workspace to JDK7. It should cover deploy and install, but not j2se(jdk) repository. We should 1. Verify that the portion of this CR in deploy and install works fine. 2. port what in j2se workspace in 6u21 to jdk repository in java 7, and verify it works 3. Future message synch will make the pt_BR file sychronized with English resource files. This can be performed together with other locales.

EVALUATION Deployment team may port changes including l10n of pt_BR to 7 in the future, but it's only part of the pt_BR l10n. The makefile change and some other resource files are not covered in deployment. It's better to port pt_BR l10n change to 7 by us first, so that there will not be any build problem if there is any deployment porting in the future.
