Description
This bug is closed as it is fixed along with the 6949920.
And this is the part of the regression of the 6949920 bug.

I need to re-open this CR.
While is is associated with 6949920, it is not a duplicate.

6949920 was fixed by backout of the previous errant fix. The backout did not address the core issue.

This CR 6392804, is now a multiple with 6233838
as described at.

Note that the other Multiple CRs listed:
  6949920 : ISO-2022-JP Decoder error
  6959851 : sun/nio
are already FDE (by backout). I agree they should be referenced somewhere in this RTI, but not in the "Multiple CRs "section.
